PCCW Global a finalist in the Best Managed Services category. The World Communications Award (WCA) are widely acknowledged as among the most authoritative in the global communications industry. The judges said: “Really good examples of customer service and project management. Customers praised coverage, capabilities and network management systems.”
Additionally, PCCW has been honored with the Best National Regional Operator award. The judges commented that PCCW dominates the fixed line broadband space in Hong Kong, and leads in IPTV globally.
