Service and Platform Reliability
First, our engineers will make sure crystal-clear voice can be supported on your local enterprise data network. Once voice calls enter our network they are then guaranteed with Service Level Agreements on our fully redundant MPLS-enabled global network infrastructure.

Phones and Customer Premises Equipment
We offer total flexibility: direct purchase, purchase from PCCW Global, or finance from PCCW Global. Whatever the arrangement, PCCW Global will stage and configure your equipment to ensure a smooth installation.
- A selection of IP phones offer elegant design and will not become obsolete (Polycom, Cisco, Siemens, Uniden, and Mitel)
- The attendant console is a soft-client that resides on the receptionist’s desktop. It offers the same or more functionality as a traditional console and eliminates capital expense and maintenance
- Ability to interoperate with existing enterprise firewalls and private IP addressing schemes
- We specify router configurations to support data and voice over a high-speed connection
